Our procedure

Step one we schedule a meeting to go over the build.

This includes the scope of work the timeline and the

level of detail required of the construction drawings

and whether or not set up prints are required

Step Two

The preliminary block out drawings giving the overall shape and layout of the prints to match the existing design and making sure that all the components are within regulations of the venue

Step Three

We start going into detail where we will require all of the hardware and display objects in order to a sure that the builder will accommodate these items.

in addition we also pick colors and surface materials and construction methods

And which components will be required first in order to allow the manufacturing the appropriate amount of time

Step four

As components are bringing engineered we will select parts that need Machine on a CNC or manufactured via rapid prototyping in which case we will export STL files for the rapid prototyping or DXF's for CNC files which can be given to a vendor and archived for reproduction at a later stag

Step five

Construction drawings will be produced as per components complexity and exploded views will be provided of of parts which have a large amount of pieces being cut by CnC in order to number them for the builders to produce it

Step six

Set of prints Will be drawn this includes a 

    -Cover page 

    -Overview of booth and it's orientation

    -Rigging prince 

    -Electrical layout 

    -Component layout

     -Assembly detail of individual sections and part numbers

And any additional details required
